Simple and straightforward fees with no hidden extras or surprises.

We charge a minimum £40 fee which covers the first 60 minutes of diagnosis and/or repair.

Any additional time is then charged at £15 per half hour interval.

(As a guideline 90% of faults are usually fixed within the first hour and a half.)

Unlike most PC Support Companies, we only actually charge for the time spent physically working on your PC.

For example…

A PC that has been heavily infected with malware and/or Virus can sometimes take up to three hours to clean and disinfect. This is achieved using various pieces of automated software and the actual physical presence required by an engineer is only about an hour. In this scenario, assuming the PC was brought to our offices, you would only be charged for the physical labour of one hour.
